about

Once upon a time there was a jazz band.
They performed throughout MegaCity One.
They released 4 albums on 2 prestigious but small, independent labels and felt like the luckiest musicians in the world.
Then, to the terror of musician's everywhere, a dragon named MegaCorp Music arrived in the land. The dragon swallowed up the first independent label like so much popcorn, GULP!
And in no time the jazz band found their first records relegated to the long tail of MegaCorp, where they would exist merely as phantoms in darkness forever.
Their other label, seeing what Megacorp had done, banished the band to its long tail, as well, hoping to continue going unnoticed by all but die hard jazz fans.
And then there was no more jazz band at all.
