lyrics

si quis autem non nominatur, extra tempus et spatium,
dentur nobis mentem
quia intentio pœnis inferni et de profundo lacu:
absconde vita mille oculorum
ne absorbeat nostrorum in corde suo,
quod nobis in tenebras cadunt,
nisi sciatur vitae in domum suam, mater terra
In lumine:
coaluit, quae pulveris in domum suam, et facti sunt laboratorium.

Hostias et preces tibi, Mater,
laudis offerimus:
tu suscipe pro animabus illis,
quarum hodie memoriam facimus:
fac eas, Mater, de morte transire ad vitam.
Natus ac renatus fuerit sicut dum tempus est.

They Who Should Not Be Named, outside time and space,
Let them never remember us
For their notice is the pains of hell and the bottomless pit:
hide life from the multitude eyes,
that our own minds swallow them not up,
that they fall not into darkness,
but let the only known home of life, Mother Earth
Remain in light:
which coalesced of dust to become a laboratory and home.

We offer to Thee, Mother,
sacrifices and prayers:
do Thou receive them in behalf of those souls
of whom we make memorial this day.
Grant them, Mother, to pass from death to that life,
Born and reborn for as long as time shall exist.
